INSIGHT Business Systems provides financial and operational consulting services
to early-stage, privately-held companies. Founded in 1993, Insight has helped dozens
of companies raise money; manage money already raised by implementing budgets and
operating plans; develop management reporting systems that integrate with traditional
ERP systems; tackle numerous operational issues; and address many of the day-to-day
issues that hinder growth. By working with top management, Insight has been able to
provide a valuable, independent resource to augment the internal management team.
INSIGHT was founded in 1993 by Peter Kent, a Silicon Valley veteran with over
25 years experience as either acting or actual CFO for numerous technology companies.
Mr. Kent has an undergraduate degree in Industrial Engineering from the Univ. of Michigan,
and an MBA from Stanford University
